JELL-O Dig

Updated: Mar 30, 2020

A Summer Sensory Activity!

JELL-O there, mama friends! Thank you for visiting my blog, Slay At Home Mama!

In this post, I will share with you a yummy, summer #SensoryActivity that you can do with your littles!

Sensory Activities help to stimulate the five senses; touch, taste, sight, sound and smell. Through Sensory Play, children can further develop their fine/gross motor skills and gain a deeper understanding of the world around them! Get ready to jiggle & giggle!

What You Will Need:

*I've linked our favorites from Amazon for you below!

1. JELL-O Mix (We used Sugar Free Strawberry)

2. A Shallow Baking/Casserole Dish (We use this Libbey Dish for literally everything!)

3. Teething Toys and Rings

4. A Bib

End with a bubble bath, run through the sprinklers or jump in the pool! I recommend this excavation activity once your babe can sit up on their own. When Noah is older, I plan to use plastic dinosaur figures in place of teething toys, so he can pretend to be an archeologist!

If you decide to try this Sensory Activity, I'd love to hear about your experience! Please leave a comment below or tag me, @slayathomemama, in your post on Instagram.
